This is form is for commercial, non-profit, or Government organizational membership with one primary voting member and a secondary alternate member who may attend a meetings.  Please review the bylaws for more details on DST structure and requirements to maintain a membership to the DST prior to accepting membership.
Approval Process: Membership consideration shall commence upon attendance in person, as an observer, to one meeting of the DST, a review of the application, and an approval by the DST Steering Committee.  Approval notices will be followed by a Member Survey to complete onboarding and provide opportunity to join a working group.  Admission of members will be limited to an open enrollment period as outlined by the DST Steering Committee and will focus on certain types of skillsets and contributor profiles we are seeking.  DST leadership will review all applications the month of the quarterly meeting, and if approved, you will be contacted by the Executive Secretary to confirm your interest and provide meeting details.  If you are not considered for an invitation, your application will remain on file for future consideration to join the team as skillset requirements dictate.
